Applications are reviewed continuously, and new students are taken according to available slots

ONLINE APPLICATION

3) The admissions team will review the application at every step within 5 working days and will either:
a) Approval to move to the next step.
b) Ask for more information: a few clarifications or some more details about the uploaded documents.
c) Reject the application if it doesn’t meet the criteria.

2) Complete the online application. You will need to upload the documents below, so please have them ready before you start:
a) Passport copy, valid for more than 6 months
b) Passport photo
c) High school transcript (Mark sheets)

IN PERSON ASSESSMENTS

If applicants meet the criteria in the online application, they will be invited to attend the assessment process at Novation Academy in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. Applicants will need to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements once your assessment is scheduled with Novation Academy. The Novation Academy assessment is scheduled over three working days and consists of the following steps:
ONLINE APPLICATION
The Compass is a computer-based aptitude test. During the exam, the system will guide the applicants through all the aptitude tests automatically using on screen instructions. The test includes visual elements as well as physical inputs using a joystick and rudder controls.
The modules are as follows:
Day 1: Compass Testing and Initial Interview:
Initial interview will be conducted by Academy team in order to make assement of candidate for further steps.
  • Hand-eye-foot coordination;
  • Spatial Orientation;
  • Multi-task management;
  • Mental calculations;
  • Short term memory;
  • Mental capacity;
  • Verbal reasoning and comprehension.
IN PERSON ASSESSMENTS
Day 2: State Secretariat of Civil Aviation (SSCA) medical examination
  • Candidates are required to undergo a chest x-ray and an extensive eye examination as per SSCA requirements. Medical recommendation/rejection is subject to the SSCA medical examiner.
  • Candidates must meet the criteria for SSCA Class 1 (or Class 2 for PPL) Medical certificate to commence the training course

TIMELINES

We run courses throughout the year. Successful applicants can join the next available course, taking into consideration the time needed to complete all the required formalities.

Applicants, who are unable to join the offered course for any reason have one year from receiving the offer letter to join a course
